DISCLAIMER

A pause, not a promise.

Symbolic by nature

The animations and comforting messages are symbolic. They do not promise that wishes will come true, problems will resolve, or distress will disappear.

Not a support service

No one monitors your writing. The site cannot respond to emergencies or requests for help. It is not a substitute for qualified professional support.

When you need more than a pause

Consider reaching out to someone you trust or a qualified professional. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the local emergency service where you are.
